About Eager Social Worker
My Story
Erica Cardenas, LCSW, PPSC is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from California. She graduated with her Master of Social Work degree in 2020 from the University of Southern
California.
Before getting licensed, Erica worked in community mental health helping clients as young as 2 years old and others well into adulthood. Erica has experience working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, schizophrenia, and substance abuse. She is currently a clinical supervisor supervising MSW interns! In her private practice, she also spends time working with young adults with ADHD and trauma histories.
She created EagerSocialWorker.com in her final semester at USC to be a resource for herself, other young social workers, new therapists, and families who want to learn about mental health.
