A List of the Books I've Been Impulse Buying

Updated: Apr 8

Listen, this isn't really an article where I'm giving out recommendations. Really, it's just a list of books I've been buying. I'll leave reviews if/when I finish them! IF I remember ;)

Books, Books, Books

Why Buy Books on Mental Health?

Aside from being an ethical standard to continually learn, I genuinely think that learning about a variety of topics helps us to be critical thinkers and kinder souls.

ON AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER

by Devon Price, PhD

This book contains the best explanation of ASD I've seen so far. I honestly think it should be required reading for all social workers and therapists.

ON GRIEF

Currently reading...

ON YOUNG ADULTHOOD

This book is a must read for young adults.

ON LOVE

This book changed the way I think and talk about love. I could not put it down.

ON ANXIOUS ATTACHMENT

Currently reading..

ON WOMEN'S HORMONES

I know this book is not for everybody, but it did make me rethink how I take care of myself.

ON THE INTERSECTION OF FAITH AND RACIAL TRAUMA

I think it is important to continuously hear new perspectives and life stories that differ from your own, so this is an important read for me.
